SIP server, username and password register the softphone. Audio uses the PC microphone and speaker.

Voice ports (both PCs)

Open the same UDP RTP range on PC 101 and PC 102. SIP signalling uses the server port (usually 5060). This PC also listens on a local SIP port (5061–5080). Click Register — the app tries to add Windows Firewall rules automatically.

Save the SIP account once. Next time you open the app, it registers automatically with the same server, username and password.
